ABOUT US
I say “us” because we’re a husband and wife team. I handle the practical jobs, while my wife, Lyudmyla, focuses on catering and organisation. We both have the correct paperwork to work legally in the UK.
We’re originally from Ukraine but had to leave when the war began. The experience was incredibly stressful, but thankfully many kind and generous people in the UK have welcomed us as we rebuild our lives and learn how to give back to society. Lyudmyla is a talented cook and warm hostess so is perfect for helping with home parties, catering, serving, and clearing up.
We ran a successful business in Ukraine and have developed strong organisational skills and a solid work ethic. I’ve always been good with hands-on work, which I now use here in the UK. Lyudmyla excels at everything she takes on and we have now started to climbing the ladder of life once again.
We are working hard on improving our English and understand most conversations. Fast or complex speech can still be tricky. However, we use AI tools every day so can read and understand anything written, and reply in perfect English!
