About Us
We came to Britain from Ukraine and are rebuilding our lives here through hard work, practical skills and a determination to do things properly.
I handle the practical jobs, while my wife, Liudmyla, looks after the administration and paperwork. Between us, we make a pretty effective team.

Starting again in a new country
We’re originally from Ukraine but had to leave when the war began. The experience was incredibly stressful, but thankfully many kind and generous people in the UK welcomed us as we began rebuilding our lives and learning how we could contribute to society here.
We ran a successful business in Ukraine and developed strong organisational skills and a solid work ethic. I’ve always been good with hands-on work, and those practical skills are now at the heart of the handyman business I am building here in Eastbourne.
Liudmyla excels at everything she takes on and, between us, we feel that we have started climbing the ladder of life once again.

Practical work & problem solving
I carry out the handyman work and enjoy practical jobs that require thought, patience and attention to detail. I particularly enjoy working with wood, repairing things that might otherwise be thrown away and finding solutions to awkward problems around the home and garden.
Liudmyla
Administration & organisation
Liudmyla focuses on the administration and paperwork that keeps everything organised behind the scenes.
She is also a talented cook and warm hostess and runs her own small catering organisation, helping people with dinner parties and functions, including catering, serving and clearing up.

Having run our own business before coming to Britain, we understand the importance of reliability, organisation and treating customers properly.
English & communication
Technology helps us make communication easy
We are working hard on improving our English and understand most conversations. Fast or complex speech can still occasionally be tricky.
However, we use AI tools every day, so we can read and understand anything written and reply clearly in English. Email and written messages are therefore particularly useful when discussing detailed jobs, measurements, materials or different options.
Working legally in the UK
We both have the correct paperwork to work legally in the UK.
